Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. Acquires Industrial Material Corporation
 

Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. of Houston, TX has acquired the assets of Industrial Material Corp. (IMC), effective November 6, 2025. Founded in 1958 and based in Galveston, Texas, IMC supplies steel tubing, angle, sheet, plate, and hardware and accessories across Galveston County and the surrounding region.
 

“Industrial Material was founded by my father to serve Galveston and Galveston County with responsive, knowledgeable, and flexible service,” said Jayson Levy, President of Industrial Material Corporation. “Triple-S Steel shares these values. I am excited they are purchasing the assets of IMC and its facility, so our customers continue to receive the dependable local service they expect, now with the strength of one of the largest family-owned metal service centers in the country.”
